Teams

  • Number of teams: 10
  • Number of players per team: 14
    • There is no requirement to pay any player to play for a UGC franchise
  • Team composition: All players chosen by the UGC Teams will be as per handicap buckets specified in the rules of the tournament.
 

Your Team

  • Team composition: All players nominated as per handicap buckets (Subject to change) -
    • 00-07 | min. 2 players
    • 08-14 | min. 5 players
    • 15-18 | min. 2 players
    • 19-24 | min. 1 players
    • Ladies | min. 2 players (could be any above handicap bucket)
    • The balance players can be from any handicap bucket
    • Any player playing whose handicap is above 24 will have to play as a 24 handicapper
  • The Team shall adhere to all the code of conduct and rules & regulation of UGC.
  • It is the Team’s responsibility to ensure all its players demonstrate responsible conduct at all times.

Game Modus

140 players / 14 players per team

Format

Each team will nominate a starting line up of 5 pairs ie 10 players clearly highlighting the 4 players who will be substituted after 9 holes.

The pairings can be random ie from any handicap brackets.

The draw will be done to ensure all 40 players (10x 4) to be substituted will play together so the change after 9 holes is seamless.

Scoring

The format is best stableford score on every hole between the declared pairings including after the 9 hole switch of 4 players from the starting 5 pairings.
